当店は基本的に受注生産販売の形態をとっております。
原則としまして受注期間を半月単位とし、そこから生産に移ります。
従いまして、ご注文をいただいてから納品までに１ヶ月半から２ヶ月ほどをいただきますことをご了承ください。
また、製造の都合上、納期が伸びる可能性もございます。
受注期間につきましては各商品ページに記載しておりますので、
ご購入いただく際にご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。
なお、納期のご相談等につきましてはお受け致しかねますので、合わせて御了承下さい。

当店の商品は全てデザインを最優先して製造しております。
そのため、あえてラフな感じを表現するために
一般的に瑕疵と捉えられる点をあえて残している部分が多くございます。

We operate on a made-to-order basis.
As a general rule, we provide half month long ordering period before we begin production.
Please note that we require approximately one and a half to two months until delivery.
Also, delivery time may vary and sometimes be longer than three months due to production circumstances.
Ordering periods are listed on each product page. Please refer to them when you make your purchase.
Additionally, we regret to inform you that we are unable to meet requests for specific delivery dates.

Our products prioritize design aesthetics.
For that reason, please be advised that in order to express unpolished and unfinished feel,
we have deliberately left details which may be construed to be defective as they are.
As such, we are unable to accept returns/repairs/cancelations citing these details.
